Villetta Green View is a villa composed of:
-1 main double bedroom
-1 secondary double bedroom
- spacious living area with wood-burning fireplace
- full kitchen with table and chairs
- 1 bathroom with XL glass shower cubicle
- 2 private parking spaces
- private garden for exclusive use with dining area, table, chairs, gazebo, barbecue and deckchairs. The garden is in real grass.
There is everything you need for cooking, washing, ironing, hanging out washed clothes. Pets allowed with supplement, to always be declared at the time of booking.
Bed linen and towels are included.
For check-in, a valid document will be required for all guests staying, including children.
The documents accepted are identity card and passport. No residence permits or health cards.
Minor guests traveling without parents and who intend to stay in our holiday home must present a declaration signed by both parents in accordance with current legislation.
After verifying the documents, the Host will provide codes to enter and exit the structure in complete autonomy.
At check-in a security deposit of 200 euros is required to be paid in cash which will be returned at the end of the stay if no damages or other violations have been found.

A cot for children 0/3 years is available on request with a supplement.
A high chair for children 0/3 years is available on request free of charge.
House rules (read carefully)
Check-in from 3.00 pm onwards.
Check-out by 10:00 am.
Silence between 11pm and 8am.
No smoking inside the house. It is possible to smoke in the garden.
Close windows when air conditioners or heaters are on.
Turn off lights and appliances when you are not at home.
Pets allowed with a daily supplement and must always be declared at the time of booking.
If you are staying with pets, please bring towels, kennels and bowls from home. Furthermore, please take your pet outside to relieve itself and do not let it do so in the garden or in the house.
It is strictly forbidden to recharge your electric car with the house electricity. For a cleaner environment, please carry out separate waste collection according to the instructions provided by the Host.
